DAVID ARNOLD, President/Chief Financial Officer

A professional in the real estate development and finance industry since 1984, David Arnold began his career with Union Bank and later moved to Wells Fargo Bank. Moving to the development side of the business, Mr. Arnold joined Woodcrest Development in 1988 as its director of finance. There, he was responsible for the company's financing and investor relations activities.

Upon Woodcrest's departure from the development arena in 1993, Mr. Arnold joined with other company executives to form Stonebrook Homes, which they sold a year later to K. Hovnanian. Mr. Arnold then served as director of land acquisition for Lewis Homes, chief financial officer for Brookfield Homes, before starting Hillcrest Homes in 1997.

Mr. Arnold earned his bachelor's degree in economics at UCLA and a master's in business administration at USC. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.

JACQUELYN TOUMEY, Project Manager

After being immersed in a family business environment, Jacquelyn realized her passion for the real estate industry at an early age. Beginning her career with the Toumey Companies in Tucson, AZ, a family owned and operated company that invests and manages commercial properties it developed, shaped her career path. Upon graduating from the University of San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in both Business Administration and Spanish in 2004, she started as a full time Operations Manager for the Toumey Companies. She later went on to pursue her MBA in Real Estate Finance at Arizona State University.

Since then, she moved to Newport Beach where she has experienced an assortment of responsibilities in the real estate industry which include financial analysis, development design, project management, marketing and leasing. As a Project Manager for Hillcrest Homes, Jacquelyn is the go-to person for Hillcrest Homes. She acts as a liaison between her team and outside consultants, managing the due diligence process, financial analysis, budgeting, project scheduling and much more.

She stays active in the real estate community through her involvement with ULI, NAIOP and CREW. She is a licensed Salesperson in the state of California.

JOHN RYAN HEATLY

For the past seven years, John Ryan Heatly has been focused on marketing development opportunities to clients and prospects in the real estate industries. Expert at new media, grass roots and word of mouth marketing tactics to promote development opportunities, John has led successful public relations and marketing campaigns to position investments in highly competitive marketplaces. Personally his most successful campaigns involved fostering partnerships with charities for corporate giving.

John has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University.
